How My Journey Started

It all started when I decided I wanted to become a veterinarian in high school because of my love of animals. But once I realized that wasn't for me, I went to the obvious choice of graphic design.

I took a web design class in my junior year of high school and I was instantly hooked.

So off to art school I went.

I soon realized I had a natural knack for photography, typography, color theory and just an eye for the creative. Sometimes my style is all my own (my mom can attest to that).

Once I finished school, the jobs I've held helped to grow my skills even further into a highly-organized self-starter, team-player, problem solver and a great listener.

I still love animals and credit my early days of shadowing my vet as having a special connection to animals.

I work hard and I love to learn and thrive in a creative environment where I'm allowed to explore. I also like to travel and see new things. And I am forever looking for that next great sunset to photograph.

And because my story doesn’t end there and I love to learn new things. I have completed my Google UX Design certification. I can’t wait to see where I “land” with this!
